Life...lately....

We had the fortunate pleasure of heading to the beach for a week with all bunch of aunts, uncles, cousins and the grandparents to soak up the sun! Life has kept us busy around here, but we're still around - at least for a little while longer! We'll be moving out of the area soon heading out west for a new adventure! If you're interested in any sessions, please contact us soon! We're taking appointments for the remainder of August and then we'll be saying good-bye to the southeast!

Meredith is knocked up!!

Meredith and her husband Kyle are expecting a new one in about 6 weeks! These guys own the awesome La Dolce Vita Salon and Spa here in Augusta, GA.

I can't wait for this little one to make his or her entrance soon! I think it's crazy and awesome at the same time! I don't think I could go that long without finding out!!

As always, Meredith is unbelievably gorgeous - even at 8 months into her pregnancy. She just doesn't get how beautiful she is! Mer - here's some proof that you are simply fabulous! I had a great time hangin' with ya girl!

Ty turns ONE!!

Since having a little one of my own...I have a newfound love for photographing birthday parties!! Especially 1 year birthday parties. When I first heard the details of the party...the only detail..."There's going to be a lot of people," I wasn't mentally prepared....

I got a quick lesson on what "a lot" means after the party got rockin'!

I was a bit nervous as I arrived in Columbia...it was raining pretty heavily and there were only a few people trickling in with the rain pouring down.

But soon the rain cleared up and the people started pouring in...there was a water slide, a jumpy gym and a lot of kids and babies...

The water slide was a lot of fun to photograph...and a big hit!

Baby Ty is absolutely adorable and he had a serious face pretty much the entire day...almost as if he was "concerned" about turning the big 1!

Ty even got to try out the water slide...I'm not sure that he liked it!

Did I mention all the kids at the party? Did I mention they were all CUTE, CUTE, CUTE? These are just a handful...I got the stink face from most of them...but they were still adorable!

Some just couldn't handle all the excitement!

Pretty soon, it was birthday cake time!!
